4. Scheduling and Cancellation

• Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
